The Mission First Club is an elite group of Cyclists that have donated their earned prize dollars from the Bike MS Ride back to the National MS Society without claiming any prizes.

Multiple sclerosis stops people from moving.  The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn't.  We believe that moving is not just something you can or can't do, but rather is who you are.  Despite your physical ability or inability to move, you are constantly moving toward your hopes, dreams, and goals.  This is why we sponsor events like Bike MS - to raise funds for research, as well as comprehensive programs and services for people with MS - moving closer to a world free of MS.  When you join a Bike MS event, you become a part of the powerful movement that will end MS forever.

Approximately 3,000 people in Central Virginia are living with the daily challenges of multiple sclerosis.  Our goal is to meet these individuals' needs whether it is the need for information and referral, financial assistance and assistive equipment.  Bike MS is the largest source of funding for our chapter's programs, services, and advocacy campaigns.
